Refund policy



The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.  Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

Products bought during sale are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.   Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.


Return Policy


If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.


We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.

If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges

If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.

Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.


Exchange Policy:


You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.  A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.

A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up.

Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.

No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment.

You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.

Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.

Refund Timeline

Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. The refund will be issued between 10 to 15 business days. The refund request is only available within 90 days from the date of payment is successfully received.  Administration fee of 10% of the total value of products will be charged. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
